2. Can I pay by credit card?
Umm.. Really sorry, but we can accept only cash now. Please understand this situation and we will be able to receive a card as soon as possible.
3. From what time can I get my luggage at the airport?
We will be staying at the airport from 14:00 PM. Don’t need to worry and hurry at all. Just come safely :)
4. What if my luggage gets lost or damaged?
Trust us, this will never happen! If there’s a problem, then we will make up for all the fee, even if we get a part-time job..! ( *Maximum compensation fee : 1,000 USD)
5. Can I leave the luggage in advance and pick it up later?
Sure why not! Just be noted that keeping cost will be charged 5,000KRW per day. Your luggage will be kept safely under ultra high-tech security system 24/7.
6. Is there a limit to size and weight of luggage?
No, we don’t care anything about luggage except for illegal stuff. We are strong enough to handle with any type of luggage!
7. Can we leave things other than the suitcase to you?
Of course! You can use by paying additional fee under our price policy. Over sized things like snow/surf/skate board, golf bag, baby stroller, etc cost 20,000KRW per each.
8. What happens if I can’t arrive at the set time?
What happened? If you arrive late not because of natural disasters but for personal reasons, refund is not acceptable. Also, additional keeping cost will be charged if you pick up your luggage after the set time. Please come in time :)
9. Can I change or cancel the reservation?
Really? It’s possible only if you send us a notice by 22:00 PM on the day before you use. You may change the schedule once, but please understand that cancellation will be difficult after that time.
10. Where is the serviceable area?
We can cover all of the Seoul. We are born to be Seoulite :) And If you use Incheon or Gimpo airports, you can use our service too
